The Sweet Potatoe is a true superfood that requires very little effort to prepare and enjoy. Here is my recipe for baked Sweet Potato Fries:
Preheat oven to 400 Degrees
- 3 Medium sized Sweet Potatoes cut to desired thickness
- 1-2 Tbs Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Dash of Sea Salt
- Dash of Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- Dash of Onion Powder
- Dash of Garlic Powder
Combine all ingredients into a large plastic bag, seal then shake until potatoes are evenly mixed. Place potatoes on a lightly sprayed baking sheet, place in oven for 20-30 minutes depending on your oven. Be sure to check often and remove when potatoes are lightly browned and crisp then serve.
I usually have them with grilled chicken breast and steamed veggies for a tasty, balanced meal. Enjoy!
