Make your Tater Greater!

The Sweet Potatoe is a true superfood that requires very little effort to prepare and enjoy. Here is my recipe for baked Sweet Potato Fries:

Preheat oven to 400 Degrees

  • 3 Medium sized Sweet Potatoes cut to desired thickness
  • 1-2 Tbs Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Dash of Sea Salt
  • Dash of Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • Dash of Onion Powder
  • Dash of Garlic Powder

Combine all ingredients into a large plastic bag, seal then shake until potatoes are evenly mixed. Place potatoes on a lightly sprayed baking sheet, place in oven for 20-30 minutes depending on your oven. Be sure to check often and remove when potatoes are lightly browned and crisp then serve.

I usually have them with grilled chicken breast and steamed veggies for a tasty, balanced meal. Enjoy!
