Many people find it difficult to drink protein shakes because they dislike the texture, taste or both! The taste and texture of these great sources of protein have been vastly improved over the past few years but for those of you who still can’t handle them yet wished you could…I have a simple solution.
Purchase a quality protein shake brand (I personally use and suggest Beverly International) and add 1/2 to 1 Tablespoon of Natural Peanut Butter. You will be pleasantly surprised with how great your shake will taste with little more than a spoonful! Other great options are Natural Almond Butter or Natural Cashew Butter!
