A: Hey Josie, I have been in the business for many years and the best time to train is “whenever you train.” There are countless studies that have looked at that very question and the consensus from what I have seen, is that it really doesn’t matter as long as you get your body briskly moving and to do so on a consistent basis.
When you look at athletes and successful fitness folks in countless disciplines, they all do different things at different times. However, the end result is that if you train hard, train consistently and support it with high quality nutrition and recovery, you will perform at a high level for a very long time.
So whether it P90X in the Morning, Afternoon or Evening…who cares, just attack it with intensity, focus and get it done!!
