This is my buddy Dan who is climbing for a cause and he is a beast! He comes in to the gym and shreds the stairclimber as he trains to climb 1311 stairs of a skyscraper with 50 pounds of gear to raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
But you don’t have time for this stuff huh? Really?….If he can do this in full gear despite his crazy work schedule, I am quite sure you can get your butt in the gym or outside and knock out 20-40 minutes of exercise. Get it done!
