Here is a favorite smoothie I use on mornings when I don’t feel like cooking. It is great for filling me up and supplying a balanced blend of muscle-building Protein, high-quality Carbohydrates and Natural Fats!
- 1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder, 1 scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder (women do half a scoop of each)
- 1/4 Cup of Raw Oats (Not Quick Oats, not Instant Oats but RAW OATS!)
- Handful of Unsalted Almonds
- 2 Ice cubes
- Water to desired thickness (No milk…just 8oz. of milk, skim or whatever else adds an extra 10-11g of sugar!)
- Blend until Smooth!
- Drink it down and Shred your day…get it done!
