Share your Energy!

Consistency in any given arena requires a constant and often diverse set of  what I call “Mental Energy Sources.” For some, it is the desire to lose weight and for others, it is to compete in a sporting or athletic event. No matter what your source of motivation, as long as you are consistently exercising and supporting that activity with healthy foods, you’re good to go! My MES’s are: My love of the outdoors, the challenge of pushing my limits, the knowledge gained from training that can help others and last but not least…an outlet for all emotions…happy, sad, stressed etc. What are your Mental Sources of Energy and why?
