Here is a morning glory shake I like to drink on days when I don’t feel like eating breakfast or if I am really pressed for time. It gives you a complete balance of quality protein, slow-release carbohydrates, healthy fats and yes…great flavor to kick off your day. Enjoy!
8-10 ounces of Unsweetened Almond Milk
1-2 servings of a high quality, sugar-free Protein Powder (2-4 scoops)
1/2 cup Raw Oats
1/3 cup of Raw Almonds
2-3 Tbs of sugar-free, fat-free Jell-O Pudding Powder
Blend together until almonds are broken down and desired thickness is reached. Add more Almond milk if you want a thinner shake.
(For a larger meal replacement, you can add a full cup of Oats and 3-4 scoops of Protein Powder)
