Exercise is Medicine Month

May is a month that comes with numerous health & fitness oriented observances but one of our favorites is Exercise is Medicine Month that was started in 2008 by the American College of Sports Medicine. It is a grassroots initiative that is a call to action to make physical activity a top priority in our daily lives!
