Strength Basics: The Front Squat

We can’t stress enough how important it is to keep your lower body muscles strong, flexible and balanced.

The Front Squat is a great exercise that should always be in your rotation of basic moves. It develops lower body strength, endurance and power. This move is great for those who have trouble performing the standard barbell back squat.
